We’re passionate about helping your company meet and exceed your training and safety management goals
Meet the staff
Great North Safety Solutions Inc. is led by Dylan Rumbolt, an occupational health and safety professional with over a decade of experience working with employers across Newfoundland and Labrador.
Dylan has been working in the safety field since 2015 and has been delivering Workplace NL–approved safety training since 2016. Over that time, he has supported a wide range of industries, providing practical, compliance-focused training and safety guidance tailored to real workplace conditions.
In addition to his work as an instructor, Dylan has extensive experience in workplace inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and safety program development, allowing him to approach training from both a regulatory and operational perspective.
His training style is straightforward, practical, and engaging, with a focus on helping workers and supervisors not only meet compliance requirements, but also understand why safety procedures matter on the job.
Based in the St. John’s metro region, Dylan now operates our dedicated safety training centre in Conception Bay South, while continuing to offer on-site and virtual support to employers throughout the province.
